Panamanian Rosewood, Dalbergia Tucurensis

This is Rosewood at its best despite its rarity and anonymity. 
It is stiff yet light and rings like a bell. 

It bends easily and finishes wonderfully. It is not oily like Indian and is less likely to crack than Brazilian. This is the perfect rosewood. Too bad it is so rare. When finished it is a beautiful brick reddish brown color. I love this stuff.
